RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Suzanne's Farmhouse.  If you have a problem with your order, please contact us with 7 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.  Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, finish, rust patterns, and other details are a natural part of their character and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
